Free shipping worldwide
Shipping is free on every order, to every country we ship to – no minimum.
How long does it take?
- Processing: 1–3 business days. We prepare and pack your order after it's placed.
- Delivery: usually 7–15 business days after shipping to the United States. Other countries may take a little longer.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During Black Friday and the Christmas season, delivery can take a few days longer – we recommend ordering early for gifts.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Tracking may take a few days to update after it's first sent.
Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away – we can update it only before the order ships.
Customs and duties
Orders to the United States don't include extra fees. For other countries, any import duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of shipping, email us at titas.paliskis@gmail.com and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
