This website is operated by Woof and Wool ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Using our store
You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order. You agree not to use our products or site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
2. Products and pricing
We do our best to show product colors, patterns and measurements accurately, but screens differ and knitwear is measured by hand, so small differences (about 1–3 cm) can happen. Prices and availability can change without notice. We may cancel orders that look fraudulent or were placed at a clearly wrong price; if we cancel an order you've paid for, you'll get a full refund.
3. Promotions and discounts
Sale prices and discounts apply for a limited time and can't be applied to past orders. Automatic discounts are shown in the cart and at checkout. We may change or end a promotion at any time.
4. Orders and payment
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. Your order is confirmed once payment is accepted and you receive a confirmation email.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.
6. Pet safety
Our sweaters are clothing, not safety or medical products. Always supervise your pet while it's wearing clothing, check the fit regularly, and remove the item if your pet seems uncomfortable, overheats or tries to chew it.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, logos and graphics, belongs to Woof and Wool or its licensors and can't be copied without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Woof and Wool isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products or site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
9. Privacy
How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to your order.
