Go by your pet's chest measurement first – see our Size Guide. If you're between sizes or your pet is extra fluffy, size up. Not sure? Email us before ordering and we'll help.
Is the hat included?
Yes! Every order comes as a set: 1 sweater + 1 matching pom-pom hat in the same color.
Is shipping really free?
Yes – free shipping worldwide on every order, no minimum.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and usually arrive in 7–15 business days in the US. Other countries may take a little longer. You'll get a tracking number by email.
How does the Buy 2 discount work?
Add any 2 or more sets to your cart and 15% comes off automatically – no code needed. Mix colors and sizes however you like.
Will it fit my cat?
Yes! The set works for cats too. Use the same chest measurement to choose the size.
How do I wash it?
Hand wash cold or use a gentle machine cycle in a laundry bag, then lay flat to dry. No tumble dryer.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us within 14 days with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. See our Refund Policy.
